If you are wondering how a blind person can use the computer, or how a person hard of hearing understand the audio track of multimedia content, rest assured they can do so and with as much prowess as anyone else.
People with different disabilities use varied assistive devices to interface with computers and Internet. A person who is blind can use screen-reading software that reads aloud all the text appearing on the computer monitor or a person who is deaf - blind can use a Refreshable Braille Display System that connects to a computer and line-by-line converts the text content into Braille.
